Legal Bases
We
collect and process your personal data exclusively on a legal basis, in

the European Union (GDPR).
If we obtain your consent for
processing operations for specific processing purposes, the legal basis
for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.
If we need your
personal data in order to process contractual relationships (e.g.
delivery of goods, provision of services, orders), the processing is
carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. This also
applies to processes directly connected therewith, e.g. the processing

If we process your personal data based on statutory obligations, this is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR.
In

vital interests or those of another natural person, the processing is
carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d) GDPR.
Regardless
of the afore-mentioned legal bases, we process your personal data on the
basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR if the processing is necessary to
safeguard a legitimate interest on our part or that of a third party,
provided that your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not
prevail.
The storage of information in the end user’s terminal
equipment or access to information that is already stored in the
terminal equipment is only permitted if it is covered by one of the
following justifications:
- § 25 para. 1 TTDSG (= German
Telecommunications Telemedia Data Protection Act): If the end user has

that the provider of a telemedia service can provide a telemedia service
expressly requested by the user.
Collection of General Data
When
you use our website, data transmitted to us by your browser will be
processed and stored on our server. These data are necessary to provide
the content and services of our website and are used to correctly
display the website and to ensure security and stability. Usually, the
data concerned are the following:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Content of the request / page selection
- Amount of data transferred
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Access status / Http status code
- Referrer URL / initial website
- Transferred data volume
- Type, language and version of the web browser used
- Operating system
These data are not used by us to establish a connection to you.
They are usually deleted automatically after 14 days unless there is any other legal basis that would require a longer storage.
In
addition, all other personal data that you provide to us in the context
of using our website will be processed by us limited by the purpose of
the processing (e.g. contact requests, login information, uploads) in
order to process the respective enquiry.
When using contact forms,
input fields and other means of contact, the data transmitted in this
way will be processed (e.g. title, surname and first name, address,
company, e-mail address and the time of transmission).
Service Providers
If
we wish to use contracted service providers for individual functions of
our offer or use your data for any other purposes, we will inform you
below or through the Provider about the respective processes. If
necessary, a legally required order processing contract exists with
providers who process data on our behalf in accordance with the order.
Cookies
On
our website, we use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are text files that
are transferred from a server to the hard disk of your computer and
remain there for the duration of the session or until deletion,
depending on the type of cookie and the settings of your Internet
browser, and through which certain individualization information are
transmitted to us.
Cookies are used to store your system and usage
information relating to the use of our website. They may also contain a
unique identifier that allows us and other website providers to
distinguish your system from other systems and to recognize it the next
time you visit.
With these functions we intend to guarantee and increase the user friendliness and functionality of our website.
For this purpose we use the following for our website:
Necessary Cookies
We
use “necessary cookies” to enable the comprehensive use of this
website. This concerns in particular the correct display of content.
Performance Cookies
These
are cookies that are needed to optimize the performance of our website.
Information about the way our website is used are evaluated in order to
improve the user experience. The evaluation is carried out anonymously.
Functional Cookies
Functional
cookies are necessary to ensure the operation of technical modules.
Here, the user is offered improved, personal functions, as far as
desired.
Marketing, Targeting or Analysis Cookies
The
use of marketing or targeting cookies is also possible. These are used
to target users according to their interests and thus to make the
display of advertising more specific. Such information and visits to the
advertising offers can be evaluated and shared with third parties in
order to improve the targeting and advertising of third parties but also
each site functionality. For this processing, we separately obtain your
consent, unless the data is processed anonymously.
Insofar as
analysis services are used on our website, this is usually associated
with the setting of one or more cookies that can record and track your
user behavior. Among other things, data is collected about you and your
system, your visit to our website (e.g. content accessed, interests,
purchases, clicks and visit duration), the visit of preceding or
subsequent websites and the use of advertisements. The processing of the
information is anonymized unless you have given your consent to the
processing of the real data. From this consent form, you will also
receive more information about the data collected.
Sharing Cookies
These
are used to improve the interactivity of our website with other
services (e.g. social networks) and to process your enquiries.
In detail, we use:
Transient Cookies
Transient
cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser or log
out. These are in particular session cookies. They store a so-called
session-ID, which can be used to assign various requests from your
browser to the session. When you return to our website, your system can
be recognized.
Persistent Cookies
Persistent
cookies are automatically deleted or switched off after an individually
specified period of time. They are used to recognize your system even
after the session has ended.
Third-Party Cookies
We
use analytical cookies to monitor the anonymous user behavior on our
website. In addition, we use advertising cookies. With these cookies,
the user behavior can be tracked for advertising and targeted marketing
purposes. Social media cookies allow us to connect to your social
networks and share content from our website within your networks. For
this processing, we will obtain your consent separately, unless the data
is processed anonymously.
Other TechnologiesThese
functions are not based on cookies, but on similar technical
mechanisms, such as flash cookies, HTML5 objects or an analysis of your
browser settings. The result is likewise that we may use the
technologies described below. Here, too, you can of course consent or
object.
The legal basis for cookies that are
absolutely necessary for providing you with the expressly requested
service is § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TTDSG (= German Telecommunications
Telemedia Data Protection Act). Any use of cookies that is not
absolutely technically necessary for this purpose constitutes data
processing that is only permitted with your express consent. This
applies in particular to the use of advertising, targeting or analysis
cookies.
You can prevent or switch off the use of cookies at any
time by choosing the appropriate settings for the Internet browser used.
You can at any time delete cookies that have already been stored.
Without cookies, however, various functions of our website may be
limited or not usable at all.
In addition, you should occasionally delete the browser history manually to remove existing cookies.
Details can also be found in the cookie banner of this website.
Call Button
If
you contact us via Call-Button and telephone call, the data you
provide, in particular your telephone number, will be processed by us in
order to process your contact request. Alternatively, you must call
with hidden number.
E-Mail / Contact Form
If
you contact us by e-mail or contact form, we will process the data you
provided in order to answer your questions. Insofar as the storage is no
longer necessary, we delete the transmitted data or limit the
processing. This is dependent on legal storage obligations.
Newsletter
If
you register for our newsletter, the data you provide will be used
exclusively for this purpose. For an effective registration you need a
valid e-mail address. In order to ensure that the registration is
actually carried out by you, we will at first send an e-mail to the
indicated e-mail address after registration, asking you to confirm the
registration. By confirming the registration you inform us that you
agree to the registration (so-called double opt-in procedure). We log
your registration for the newsletter, the sending of the confirmation
e-mail and the receipt of your confirmation.
We would like to
point out that we evaluate your user behaviour when sending the
newsletter. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web
beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files that are
stored on our website. For the evaluations, we link the aforementioned
data and the web beacons with your e-mail address and an individual ID.
Links contained in the newsletter also contain this ID. The data is only
collected pseudonymously, i.e. the IDs are not linked to your other
personal data, a direct personal reference is excluded.
You can at
any time terminate your subscription to the newsletter and revoke your
consent to the storage of data stored for sending the newsletter. For
this purpose, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter. You can
also unsubscribe directly via our website or by contacting us via the
aforementioned contact methods.
Google Analytics
For
our website we use Google Analytics, a tracking tool of Google, LLC,
1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies” (see above under “cookies”),
which are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of
the website. The thus generated information about your use of our
website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored
there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on this
website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within
Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to
the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Only in exceptional
cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the
USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website,
Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to
compile reports on website activity and to provide further services
associated with the website use and Internet use to the operator of the
website. The IP address transmitted by your Internet browser in the
context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
The
data sent and linked with cookies, user recognition (e.g. user ID) or
advertising IDs will automatically be deleted after 14 months. Data
whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a
month. Further information on data protection can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Furthermore,
you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and
related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google
and the processing of these data by Google by downloading and
installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Google Maps
On
our website we use Google Maps API, an online map service of Google,
LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”)
to visually display geographical information. When using Google Maps,
Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of map
functions by visitors. More detailed information about Google’s data
processing can be found in the Google Privacy Policy. There you can also
amend your personal data protection settings in the Data Privacy
Center, see https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Fonts
On
our website we use the Google Fonts font library to display the
contents correctly and in a graphically appealing manner, regardless of
the Internet browser used. Google Fonts is a service of Google, LLC,
Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). When the
font library is accessed by opening our website, this is done locally.
Otherwise and only upon consent, a connection to Google servers is
automatically established, usually to servers in the USA. In this case,
it is possible that this may involve data being transmitted to Google,
such as which Internet pages you have accessed, the access time, your IP
address and which Internet browser you use. Further information and the
data protection information can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Registration and Login
You
have the possibility to register on our website and log in. In doing
so, you will be requested to provide us with the personal data that can
be seen from the input masks, which will then be transmitted to us. This
data is collected and stored by us exclusively for internal use and for
our own purposes. We may arrange for this data to be passed on to third
parties, e.g. to a service provider or an order processor to process
the contractual relationship, who also uses the personal data
exclusively for internal use attributable to us.
By registering
and logging in to our website, your IP address, the date as well as the
time of registration can also be saved. This is done for the purpose of
preventing misuse of our services and, if necessary, creating the
opportunity to investigate criminal offences.
If you voluntarily
make personal data available to us, the processing serves to offer you
content or services which, for factual reasons, can only be offered to
registered users. You have the possibility at any time to change the
personal data provided during registration or to have them completely
deleted.
We will inform you at any time about which of your
personal data we have stored. We will correct or delete your data on
request, unless we are legally obliged to store them.
Personio
We
use the “Personio” platform to receive application documents. If you
use the platform, the data you enter during the online application
process will be processed in order to process your request. The entries
from contact forms and your general browser data, including your IP
address, are forwarded to the operator of the system in order to provide
the system. The operator of the system and data processor is Personio
SE & Co. KG, Seidlstraße 3, 80335 Munich, Germany. You can find more
information on data processing on the system’s homepage in the privacy
policy displayed there.
YouTube
On
our website we use embedded YouTube videos. YouTube is a service of
YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (“YouTube”). When
you visit a page with an embedded YouTube video, a connection to
YouTube servers is established. This will let YouTube know which pages
you visit. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube may
also personally associate this information with you. You can prevent
this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand. When a video is
started, YouTube collects data regarding your user behaviour with the
help of cookies (see above under “Cookies”). You can prevent this by
blocking the storage of cookies in your Internet browser. Further
information and data protection information can be found at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

serves our legitimate interest to ensure the security of our website and
to prevent hacker attacks. You can prevent cookies from being stored by
